• Russia: we are unable to deliver due to import regulations.
• Other international destinations: R2500 delivery fee, minimum 2 weeks via FedEx.
• Note: VAT & duties must be paid by the customer.
• Gift wrapping: we do not offer a gift wrapping service.
• Returns: within 30 days, unused and in original condition and packaging. Collection fee R150.00 for wallets, belts and small bags, R250.00 for large bags, jackets and shoes.
• Wrong, damaged or defective: contact us within 30 days and we collect at our cost, then replace, repair or refund in full including delivery.
• Guarantee: 1 year against defects in materials and craftsmanship, with proof of purchase.
